This allows us to cut out intermediaries and distribution channels, thereby lowering costs, and also enables us to deliver tastier meat in a fresher condition thanks to our unique cutting technology.
By purchasing whole animals, we can obtain rare cuts of meat, and even offal, which many people dislike, is well-received for being "fresh and delicious."
