Cooking, kitchen staff(Candidate for head chef)

You will learn kitchen operations and management at "Kyoto Yakiniku Restaurant Hiro," "Kyoto Yakiniku Kaiseki Hiro," "Hiro Shoten," and "Support Factory." This isn't just about preparing pre-determined dishes; you'll also be actively involved in developing attractive new menu items to captivate customers and participating in special events.
Factory Manager Candidate

You will be responsible for the overall operation and management of the "Support Factory." This is a crucial role that supports the backbone of the Hiro Group, including its function as a central kitchen and the manufacturing and sales of processed foods. You will also work with the store head chefs on new menu development and event planning.
