Hirolympics(Sports Day & BBQ)
Every year at Hiro, we hold a large-scale sports day in which all employees and part-time staff participate.
The organizing committee, mainly composed of employees and part-time leaders from each store, begins preparations several months in advance.
The venue is always buzzing with excitement every year as attendees see employees and part-timers in a way they don't normally see during their regular work!
In addition to maintaining a healthy body and refreshing the mind,
We hold this event every year to foster interaction among staff from other branches and to express our gratitude to our part-time staff.
After working up a sweat competing, it's time for our annual barbecue! And of course, the meat is Hiro beef.
Company trip
At Hiro, we have an annual company trip. All employees are divided into three groups and participate in rotation.
Employees from stores, SPF (Specialty Stores), and headquarters will communicate and deepen their relationships through these trips.
Take a break from your usual work and refresh yourself by enjoying sightseeing and activities!
Hiro Forum
Hiro Forum is a platform for showcasing the store's initiatives over the past year.
This is an important event at Yakiniku Hiro, where part-time staff from each store take the lead in making presentations.
To ensure that all our customers dining at Yakiniku Hiro have a more comfortable experience,
Hiro Forum is a place where store staff can share the results of their collaborative efforts.
Following the conclusion of the Hiro Forum, the next event is the "Graduation Ceremony."
Hiro, which continues to operate in Kyoto, a city known for its student population, employs many student part-time staff.
This is a way of expressing my gratitude to my valued colleagues who worked with me during my time at school, and also to support them as they move on to the next stage of their lives.
Yakiniku Hiro holds its own unique graduation ceremony.
We look forward to receiving your entry.
We'll be waiting for your visit sincerely.
