Nestled quietly in the heart of the city, our hidden gem offers numerous private rooms, providing a sophisticated atmosphere suitable for a wide range of occasions, from business entertaining to romantic dates and anniversary celebrations.
The Japanese Black cattle that we purchase whole from the Kyoto Meat Market are called "Hiro Beef," and we carefully select and purchase only those that meet our own unique standards. We also work closely with producers, carefully considering everything from feed to fattening methods, to provide safe and high-quality meat.
Our recommendations include the two course menus, the KIWAMI course and the HIBIKI course, as well as a wide selection of carefully chosen à la carte dishes that allow you to fully enjoy the potential of premium Wagyu beef, such as thick-cut Chateaubriand yakiniku and seared sirloin.
