In this hidden gem of a restaurant nestled quietly in the heart of the city, you can enjoy carefully selected Wagyu beef and other signature dishes that are unique to Yakiniku Hiro.
The Wagyu beef we purchase whole from the Kyoto Meat Market is called "Hiro Beef," and we only buy meat that has been carefully selected according to our own standards, ensuring that we provide safe and high-quality meat.
Leading the menu are two course menus, KIWAMI and HIBIKI, as well as a wide selection of à la carte dishes that allow you to rediscover the potential of Wagyu beef, such as thick-cut Chateaubriand yakiniku and seared sirloin.
