From counter seats for two to banquet facilities accommodating up to 36 people, its versatility makes it ideal for a variety of occasions.
Many customers, including families living in the Saiin Station area, use our restaurant for everyday meals, enjoying top-quality Kuroge Wagyu beef (Hiro Beef) in a relaxed and casual atmosphere.
We purchase whole cows of Japanese Black Wagyu beef, carefully selecting only those from producers, from feed to fattening methods, ensuring you can enjoy safe and high-quality Hiro Beef.
Kyoto Yakiniku Restaurant Hiro's signature dishes include the "Tonight Only Assortment," which features the finest cuts of meat carefully selected by the head chef each day, as well as many other popular items such as "Wagyu Lean Meat with Green Onion Sauce" and "Special Select Whole Cut Loin."
Another feature is that the Saiin store offers exclusive menu items such as earthenware pot rice, traditional iron pot rice, and stone-grilled garlic rice, all made with specially cultivated Koshihikari rice.
