The location, offering a panoramic view of the Kamo River, is breathtaking! Savor premium Japanese beef while experiencing the charm of Kyoto.
Hiro's second location, a renovated long-established ryokan (traditional Japanese inn) once frequented by loyalist patriots, boasts a charmingly tranquil atmosphere typical of Kyoto.
As you pass through the cobblestone alleys, feeling the spirit of the Meiji Restoration and the charm of Kyoto, you enter the shop to find a superb location with a magnificent view of the Kamo River filling the windows, and the open-plan interior also offers a great sense of spaciousness.
Every year from May to September, floor seating is set up, and it is known as the only restaurant in Kyoto where you can enjoy yakiniku (Japanese barbecue) on a riverside terrace overlooking the Kamo River.
(Due to popular demand, this year's event has been extended until Thursday, October 15th.)
